Gastric Confusion is a 3 week program in which you can get rid of up to 10 lbs without exercising or taking crazy pills. It's a system specially designed for a quick and dramatic weight loss, along with introducing you to a healthy eating habit.
It works like this:
• Week 1
Cleansing and detoxing the body. This week is nothing but fruit. Watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, you've got it, right? 3 times a day, Orange juice is ok, one glass of rose or white wine at night. you need to eat 10 saltines a day in order to avoid starting a ketosis process. (Some clinicians regard ketosis as a crisis reaction of the body due to a lack of carbohydrates in the diet and consider it a dangerous and potentially life-threatening state that stresses the liver and causes destruction of muscle tissues) By mid afternoon you can have any energy drink of your choice or replace it with green tea without any sugar.
Important note: During this week, you should refrain from any exercise or workout
• Week 2
You've already cleansed your body, now, we start to teach your body to survive with smaller portions. Veggies only! Cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach, red peppers, mushrooms, spray dressing vinaigrette from wish bone (1 calorie per pump!) could use mustard also for dressing (not mayo, no blue cheese) twice a day. Again, 10 saltines. You can drink V8 low sodium. No wine at night but 1 beer is ok.
• Week 3
You can now introduce white meat to the mix of greens and fruits. chicken, tuna, fish only grilled (never fried) with a small side of salad. This should be your lunch and dinner. Small portions. Eat fruits as breakfast on an empty stomach, keep dairy products to a minimum but you can have feta cheese crumbs on your salad. 10 saltines to control hunger and green tea mid morning and mid afternoon.
After this week, you should be close to 10 pounds lighter.
This is a day example menu:
Breakfast: OJ and oatmeal (no sugar or honey added!)
Mid morning snack: Banana
Lunch: bowl of fresh fruit (never fruit from a can!)
Mid afternoon snack 5 crackers (never put processed fruit or jam/jelly on them!)
4:00: redbull or green tea
Dinner: fresh fruit
1 glass of wine and 5 more crackers
Breakfast: V8, low sodium tomato juice and oatmeal
Snacks: celery and baby carrots dipped on 2 spoons of black olive hummus
lunch: fresh green salad
mid afternoon snack: more celery and carrots
one beer and 5 crackers.
breakfast: OJ and oat meal
Lunch: salad with sliced turkey
dinner: salad and maybe strawberries
wine or beer: your choice
remember... no bread, pasta, cookies, chocolate, fried anything, no weird or creamy dressings... and more important... do not cheat!
