The author's testimony



There I was, not really overweight (according to the chart above) but with fat around the wrong areas and very difficult to get rid off. It's worth to mention that during the time of that photograph, I was running 3 miles EVERYDAY at a pace of 7 minutes per mile! I wasn't eating anything fried and no soda. I was frustrated. Getting out of the shower and glancing at the mirror was a daily reality check. Now, after gastric, I lost 51 pounds, feel better than ever before, have tons of energy and I'm doing 500 crunches every day. If I can do it, you can!

  1. Can I eat 7 crackers instead of 5? 5 doesn't fill me up like 7.

  2. can i eat nuts during week 1? almonds or pistachios or at least sunflower seeds?
